This book contains contributions made by the Study Committee on intergenerational relations set up by Consiglio italiano per le Scienze Sociali. The aim was to explore the research area pertaining to relations among generations, offering considerations of a multidisciplinary nature. The Committee looked at the question from the point of social anthropology, demography, sociology, psychology and studies on means of communication.
