The CSS is promoting the production of Dossiers on the topic of "technology innovation: culture and policies". A collection of information, facts and testimonies taken and selected from a number of sources: chiefly from workshops, seminars, working groups, interviews and press news.

These yearly dossiers are made available on request with a view to helping with the gathering and dissemination of information of practical use to the broad range of CSS stakeholders.

The first dossier was compiled in 2005. Since 2007 the dossiers have formed part of the special programme "Industry, the services society and the knowledge economy".
